Zenshifts has pushed out an update of enhancements to the Schedule, Reports and our Mobile Apps

All of these enhancements have come directly from user feedback and we’re excited to be able to release them.

• Colours by Position on Schedule

You can now a colour to your Position for easier identification on the Schedule and Reports.

To turn this feature on, go to Organization > Company and then turn Colours on Schedule on.

To apply a colour to your position, got to Organization > Positions and you'll be able to select a colour that you want to represent the position on the schedule. 

Once you apply the colour it will display on the Schedule screen in both Employee and Position views

Colours will also print on reports

• Team Chat messaging on mobile (BETA FEATURE)

We're introducing our instant messaging Team Chat feature to our customer base for heavy testing. 

You can do group and 1 to 1 chats with the team and this feature will greatly increase the communication between the team. 

As this is a feature still in Beta mode there is the potential for a few bugs while we test it under the full load of an active business. If you experience any issues with it we ask you to report them to support@zenshifts.com 

To turn on this feature, go to Organisation > Company and turn on Team Chat. 

Once this has been turned on and your app is updated to the latest version you will see the chat launcher in your app. 

Create a new chat via the create button in the top right. You'll view the conversation threads in a list below.  

Select either one or multiple recipients to create a group chat

Type into the text box as you would any other chat program.
