Once you're done creating a schedule/roster, you can then publish it. Publishing a schedule will communicate an individualized Schedule to all staff via Email, SMS, and Push Notification on mobile.


  1. Select the week you wish to publish and click 'Publish & Notify'



2, From the pop-up, all staff that has a schedule will automatically be ticked. You may untick the name of the staff that you don't want to be notified. Click Next.



3. Choose how to distribute the Schedule by selecting the methods you want. By default, Emails and Mobile app notification is ticked. You may select the SMS option, but note that this will incurr minimum fees.


4. Once you're finished click Publish.


5. The shifts will be communicated to the staff and the shifts on the schedule page will change from light yellow  to orange to show they have been published.
