Zenshifts just released its first apps for Android and iPhone. You'll be able to view your roster and submit availability and timesheets much more easily straight from your phone. To start using the mobile app you can go to these links and download it for free.

Once you have it downloaded, you can log in using the email and the password you are using to your employee’s account.


How to view my schedule


Log in to your Zenshifts’ mobile app and click on “My schedule”.            

 


You will then see your weekly schedule easier.

 

 

 

You can easily view and switch schedules from one week to another by clicking the left and right arrow button.

If you would like to view a specific week, you can just click the date on top and you will see a calendar which will give you an option to go and see specific weeks. You can just scroll up and down to change months.


 

 

How to view Team schedule

Log in to your Zenshifts mobile app and click on the “Team Schedule”.

You can then see all the schedule of the team across all location.

 

You can switch from a day to another just by simply clicking the day you would like to view and you can also switch from one week to another by clicking the left and right arrow.

 

If you would like to go to a specific week, you can click the date, you can then see a calendar which you can scroll up and down to change month.

 

 

How to submit timesheets

Log in to your Zenshifts and click the “Timesheet” option.

You will see then the Timesheet page, you can update your own timesheet and it will automatically be updated on your Manager’s account. Just click your scheduled shift that you would like submit.

The “Edit Timesheet” page will load and you can edit the information (Type, Position, Start/End time and unpaid break). Hit save to lock in the changes.

 

Your timesheet is now saved and will automatically update your manager’s record.

 

 

Same thing when you would like to update and submit timesheet of unscheduled shift.

Log in to your Zenshifts, click the timesheet and go to the Unscheduled shift that you would like to update and submit.

 

 

The “Edit Timesheet” page will load and you can edit the information (Type, Position, Start/End time and unpaid break). Hit save to lock in the changes.

 

 

How to add/update availability 

Log in to your Zenshifts mobile app and click “Availability”.

And the availability page will show on a monthly view. You can click the date you would like to add your availability. If you choose a date, an option to mark yourself as “Unavailable” and “Partly available” will show. You can choose more than one day to mark. 

If you choose and click “Unavailable” it will change its color to pink.

If you would like to mark yourself as “Partly Unavailable” , you can select multiple dates.

 

 

An option to enter specific time which you will not be available will then show. Hit save if you have entered the time that you are not available.

The date that you mark as partly unavailable will turn to Yellow.

 

 

 

If you would like revert those dates that you marked “Unavailable” and “Partly Available” back to “Available” , you can just chose the dates and there will be an option to mark yourself as “Available” again.

 

How to edit my contact information

Log in to your Zenshfits mobile app and click “Profile”.

The profile page will show and you can enter/edit your personal information. Click save to lock in the changes.
